Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tailor Wright LLC, doing business as TailorWright ("TailorWright", "we", "us") collects when you use our websites, apps, and text messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our service lets a business (a "Provider") ask a customer to show a job by video, and produces an estimate for the Provider and the customer.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number if you give one.
• Media you submit: videos, photos, and audio you record or upload, and any description you type.
• Location: the location of the job, taken from your device if you allow it or from information stored in a file you upload, and turned into a street address.
• Provider and team information: business details, pricing documents, schedules, notes, invoices, and account sign-in details for contractors and their crews.
• Technical data: device and browser type, timestamps, and records of whether emails we send were delivered or opened.
• Text-message consent records: if you agree to receive texts, the wording shown, the time, your phone number, and your internet address.

How we use it

• To create an estimate from your media and send it to you and to the Provider.
• To let the Provider contact you, schedule a visit, send a revised estimate, and invoice you.
• To send the messages described in our SMS Terms and emails about your request.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, fix problems, and improve it.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with the Provider you contacted. We use service providers that process data for us, including cloud hosting and storage, artificial-intelligence analysis of the media you submit, email and text delivery, and maps and address lookup. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

AI processing

Videos, photos, audio, and descriptions you submit are analyzed by an artificial-intelligence model to produce an estimate. Estimates are approximate, are reviewed by the Provider, and are not binding quotes.

How long we keep it

We keep requests, media, and estimates for as long as the Provider's account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
• You can decline location or camera access in your browser. You can upload a file instead.
• Email admin@tailorwright.com to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion.

Security

Each customer link opens only that customer's own request. Provider accounts are protected by sign-in and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
