Program

TailorWright is software that lets a service business (a "Provider", such as a contractor) price a job from a short video the customer records. TailorWright sends text messages on behalf of Providers to give you an estimate or serve your request. Each message begins with the Provider's name followed by "by TailorWright".

What the messages are

Messages are about a request you started: a link to record or upload your video, a notice that your estimate is ready, a link to a revised estimate, appointment proposals, confirmations and reminders, a notice that a crew member is on the way, invoice notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you agree

You agree to receive these messages when you enter your mobile number on a TailorWright or Provider request form and check the box, which reads:

I agree to receive text messages from TailorWright on behalf of the business I am contacting about my request, including links, estimates, appointment notices, and invoice notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The box is not checked by default, and you can submit a request without checking it. We keep a record of your agreement, including the exact wording shown, the time, and your internet address.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@tailorwright.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
