How a quote works

  1. Your customer opens a link. It works in a normal phone browser. No download and no sign-up.
  2. They record or upload a video. They are asked for camera, microphone, and location one at a time, so a blocked microphone never stops the camera. If the camera is unavailable, they can scan a code or email themselves the link to continue on another device.
  3. The estimate is built automatically. It uses your pricing if you have provided it, and the location of the job if you have not.
  4. You review and release it. The customer sees a low and high price, the reasons for each end, and an estimate of the work involved.

What you get

Your pricing, or a local fallback

Upload rate sheets or price lists in the formats you already use. We mark any estimate that used general local pricing instead, so you know which ones to check.

Explained ranges

A bare range looks sloppy. Each estimate lists the specific conditions that would put it at either end, plus a contingency sized to what is unclear in the video.

Revise with new information

Add a note, a photo, or a voice note and generate a revised estimate. The customer sees the revision number and can say whether they want to move forward.

Booking built in

When a customer accepts, the next open appointment from your availability is proposed to you, and the customer confirms.

Works for any estimate

Repair cost, price to perform work, moving size and price, trade-in offer, shipping rate, hours, or materials.

Private by design

A customer's link opens only their own request. It cannot see anyone else's information.

Who it is for

Contractors and remodelers, landscapers, roofers, painters, movers, auto body and repair shops, appraisers and resellers, cleaners, installers, inspectors, and any business that has to see something before it can name a price.

A note on accuracy

An estimate from a video is an informed range, not a binding quote. Hidden conditions, access, and materials can change a price, which is why every estimate lists its low-end and high-end drivers and a list of questions for you to confirm before you commit to a number.
