Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites, apps, and messages provided by Tailor Wright LLC, doing business as TailorWright ("TailorWright", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

TailorWright helps a business (a "Provider") collect video, photos, and audio from a customer and produces an estimate. It also provides tools for Providers to manage leads, schedules, crews, photos, change orders, and invoices.

Estimates are not quotes

Estimates are generated automatically from the information supplied. They are approximate ranges, may be wrong, and are not offers, bids, or binding quotes. The Provider, not TailorWright, decides what to quote, perform, and charge. Any contract for work is between the customer and the Provider.

Accounts

Providers are responsible for activity under their accounts, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for the accuracy of pricing documents and other information they upload. New accounts may require approval.

Your content

You keep ownership of the media and information you submit. You give us permission to store, process, analyze, and display it as needed to run the service, including sharing it with the Provider you chose. You promise you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate anyone's rights or the law, and that you will not capture people's private spaces without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, try to access data that is not yours, send spam, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Messages

Text messages are governed by our SMS Terms. Providers must have a customer's permission before using the service to contact them.

Payments between Providers and customers

Invoices created in the service are records and requests for payment between a Provider and a customer. TailorWright does not process those payments and is not a party to them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy of estimates, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or the cost of work performed or not performed in reliance on an estimate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred dollars.

Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms and will post the new date. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
